DIGITAL DENTAL CRAFT

Our iWell® system is an open system that allows dental laboratories around the world, through virtual means, to access a diverse range of prosthetic indications from a selection of dental materials. Dental laboratories with scanners (run on an STL file format) can send digital model files to Well Dental (via the Internet) for computer aided design and processing.

The iWell® system is optimal for dental laboratories that prefer to outsource part of their production process overseas. Well Dental receives only the digital files of gypsum models and returns to the dental laboratory CAD/CAM milled copings in zirconium, titanium or chrome cobalt.

For completely finished products, Well Dental can process Emax® inlays/onlays/crowns and full anatomic crowns/bridges in zirconium, titanium or chrome cobalt with just an STL file and no physical gypsum model.

For other crown and bridge cases, dental laboratories can send STL files to Well Dental for speedier lab processing. Before Well Dental receives the physical models, it can begin the design and milling process of the coping based on an STL file received. When the physical models arrive Hong Kong, we can finish the work in ceramic.
