For return parcels to the United States, FDA documentation is provided. Clients are advised to provide us
with their FDA registration number and owner operator number in advance.

Sending work to Hong Kong

When sending us a parcel, simply include a cover invoice declaring a nominal value in your local currency

Packaging

All cases are returned in bubble packaging to ensure maximum protection of cases during transit.

Shipping time

UPS is our preferred courier service provider. For larger case volumes, air freight is also used.

Production time

With our qualified team of technicians, Well Dental is able to complete your cases within a reliable time frame.
In-lab turnover time is 4 working days, not including shipping time and with exceptions that apply to certain
case work.

We also provide quality guarantees for our clients giving you assurance of post-production follow up and service.

Remakes and Adjustments

Adjustments and remakes are serviced at no cost within the guarantee period. Simply send us back the remake case with a clear explanation of the problem.

Guarantee Period

1 year for all cases with the exception of Procera™ (5 years for framework only) and Kavo Everest® (6 years for framework only) cases. All iWell® cases have 5 years guarantee.
