    iWell® is able to mill all kinds of materials ranging from zirconium, chrome cobalt, titanium and glass ceramic.

  3. What kind of precious alloy does Well Dental use?
    In general, for white gold, Well Dental provides a diverse range of alloys from economic options such as alloy that contains 2% Au to alloy that contains 86.5% Au. The price of the alloy will be updated on a monthly basis.

  4. What is your warranty period?
    All Well Dental products have a 1 year warranty. All Procera and iWell® products come with a 5 year warranty. The start date of all warranty periods is according to the invoiced date.

    Well Dental Laboratory is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company by TÜV Nord, Essen.

  6. Are the technicians in Well Dental certified?
    On board with Well Dental is a team of high qualified senior technicians who have all been with the company for over 7 years. They are also officially registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) in the United Kingdom.

  7. Are the raw materials from Well Dental certified?
    All our raw materials are CE marked materials. Lot number provision can be provided upon request.

  8. How does Well Dental keep track of the dentists’ requests from different labs?
    Well Dental uses a database system which keeps track of all the aesthetic and special requests of dentists and labs.

  9. Is there any discount for the first shipment if we want to try the quality of Well Dental?
    Yes, there is a 20% discount of the lab fee of your first shipment.

  10. What kind of payment methods does Well Dental accept?
    Well Dental accept two payment methods: PayPal or Bank Transfer Deposit.
    1. We will sent you a PayPal request alongside with an invoice so you can pay by credit card before shipment.
    2. Client can paid by bank transfer before shipment.

  11. What is Well Dental’s general turnover time?
    With our qualified team of technicians, Well Dental is able to complete your cases within a reliable time frame. In-lab turnover time is 4 working days, not including shipping time and with exceptions that apply to certain case work including implants, long span bridges, combination cases and Procera.

  12. Does Well Dental provide FDA registration paperwork on return parcels for US customs?
    Yes, we do.
