PRECISION.CONSISTENCY.QUALITY

At Well Dental, craftsmanship and technology go hand in hand. Via computerized scan capture of imprints or gypsum models, crown and bridge copings are digitally designed by our highly trained technicians utilizing the latest software in Computer Aided Design (CAD). Once designed, the framework data file is sent for high precision construction from a choice of Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems available at Well Dental.

Milling is our CAM technology of choice for the highest levels of precision. We use high end milling systems from a variety of prominent German and Swedish manufacturers in the market. Crown and bridge copings are milled directly from chrome cobalt, titanium, zirconium and glass ceramic materials. A variety of other indications including inlays, onlays, veneers, implant abutments, attachments and bars are also available.

Milling technology resolves conventional problems related to the metal casting process such as metal porosity, oxide build up and distortion in fit particularly for long span bridges. Together with our knowledge and expertise on CAD design and CAM software applications, we are able to optimize our spectrum of closed and open systems to meet the high technical standards of our clients.
