The Kavo Everest® is a closed, proprietary CAD/CAM system. Its scanning, milling, sintering and materials technology are designed by Kavo GmbH and are tailored specifically to Everest® system. Its material blanks are filled with RFID chips (radio frequency identification tag) and can be read only by Kavo Everest®'s CAM software and milled by Kavo Everest®'s milling machine. The proprietary process offers quality that leverages on Kavo's traditional competence and 10 years of research and development in this technology.
Available at Well Dental, Kavo Everest® blanks are pre-sintered, yytrium stabilized zirconium oxide that are excellent in biocompatibility and durability, and has a flexural strength of 1155 Mpa.
All The Kavo Everest® blanks are manufactured in accordance with
certified standards and are tested for their non-allergenic properties
and biocompatibility. All Kavo Everest® zirconium and titanium cases,
which are ideal for patients with allergies, are returned with a
Biocompatibility Certificate and come with a 6 year manufacturer
guarantee (framework only)
