Tapping on 10 years of in-depth experience in CAD/CAM technology, we introduce our exclusive iWell® range of prosthetic products processed from a completely open system.
With machine and raw material elements carefully researched and selected by Well Dental, our open CAD/CAM system offers high levels of precision and process reliability. It not only provides a diverse range of indications in advanced materials but also enables high precision construction of complex geometries commonly associated with implant bridges, custom abutments, and full mouth restorations.
All crown and bridge cases are scanned through our 3D, 2-camera scanner, which is optimized for scanning impressions, gypsum models and undercut areas to the finest detail.
As our scan software is run on a STL file format, dental laboratories and dental clinics with open system scanners are able to send us a STL dataset which we can then process.
The virtual exchange of data files allows for prompt delivery and increased productivity.
Well Dental uses high end CNC technology from DMG, a leading German manufacturer of cutting machine tools, to mill its CAD designed constructions.
Operating on a 5-axis precision technology, the Ultrasonic 20 Linear can achieve contour accuracy and surface quality of Ra<0.2um.
Ultrasonic 20 Linear’s powerful high speed milling process and signature ultrasonic feature can provide the following benefits:
The Remanium® Star chrome cobalt alloy discs from Dentaurum are nickel and beryllium free. Higher in density compared to castable alloy ingots, these alloy discs eliminate the problem of porosity regularly associated with casting metal understructures.
The Emax® material from Ivoclar is an innovative lithium disilicate glass ceramic (LS2) known for its excellent esthetics and high translucency. It is also characterized by its high flexural strength of 400Mpa. CAD/CAM manufactured Emax® constructions have higher precision margin fit and reduced micro-abrasions compared to conventional pressed manufacturing processes.
Well Dental uses medical grade Eutitan® titianium milling discs from Germany with 99.5% titanium content. It is grade 2 titanium material.
From Germany, DoCeram Nacera Z® high performance discs are pre-sintered, yytrium stabilized zirconium oxide manufactured with the purest of materials. It is high in mechanical strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and bio compatibility. Manufactured according to the standards of EN ISO 13485, it has a flexural strength of 1000Mpa.
